Not too bad.
Case: Pretty nice design, snugly fits my PSP, 4 UMD's in cases, and 2 Duo Sticks. Keeps things from moving around and protects them from minor bumps and scrapes.
Headphones: Junk. 100 times worse that the standard white Sony ones.
UMD Cases: Pretty good. Each one holds one UMD. A little tricky to get the UMD in place but once you close it it holds them and doesn't let them move around inside.
Car Power Adaptor: Pretty straight forward. The plug-in feels kind of cheap though but it does the job.
USB Cable: Aslo straight forward. Works just fine.
My pack came with 4 bonus screen protectors which are ok. A little hard to get them to look perfect but they do protect the screen from minor scratches and stuff.
All for $28.86 Canadian.
