If you liked the previous NFSU games, you will be sure to like this one. Rivals is more straight forward than the console versions. In general it is easier to start a race or play the single player game. The graphics are good, and have the same speed effects as the console versions. The D-pad works much better for controlling your car than the stick. The soundtrack is OK, and using good headphones improves gameplay overall.
