It does almost everything you need to manage the files on your PSP quickly and easily. Synchronization is a snap. It's refreshing to see that development is still active too. The UI is attractive, simple, and easy to use. As of version 2.0.3, they're still lacking WMV conversion support. For my WMVs, I use 3gp_converter. It's not perfect, but with active development and a broad client base, I'm sure they'll come close to it.

I had this program for a couple of weeks now and a rate it as the best sync program out for the psp, it's so ergonomic it's a must if you own a psp. PERIOD!!
