I knew that the movie was based on the comic, but I really didn't know any background information related to the character or the comic. I think the plot executed was so so at best. The acting was mediocre at best, and there was not too much chemistry among the characters. I have to say, however, that John Travolta did a great job playing a bad guy.
Overall, I wouldn't say that the movie was horrible, but it was not the best movie either. I bought it because I wanted to have a movie to watch on my PSP, and it was on sale. If I can find a place that will let me trade or sell it I probably will do that. I wouldn't recommend buying it: rent the DVD from BlockBuster's or where ever instead.
