I eagerly got Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade as my first PSP game, having played it some on my friend's PSP. I popped it in, played it, and seeped in the PSP goodness.
Graphics
The graphics are good, a nice display this early in the systems life. Putting different items on will affect your character's appearence. There are many types of enimies, most just versions of base enimes with swords, bows, staffs, etc. The Sound takes a nosedive, with all of it being repetitive. Be prepared to hear the same grunts, crashes, and clangs, all with the same music.
Gameplay+ Lastability
Three words: Fun at First. After playing for around 3 hours, I realized that the entire game runs on the same formula. It goes like this: We need Y for our magic thing. X stole Y. Slay X and bring Y back to us, and then you will do the same in a desert / forest / snowland / lava world / underground. Customizing your weapons and looking for bigger and better ones adds a little to this game.
Load times
Looooong. About 45 seconds inbetween each area. You can probly clear an area in 4-5 minutes, and then wait nearly an extra minute for it to load. Your inventory screen is loaded in a few seconds. Switch between a sword and a bow and you'll carry nothing for a while as the bow loads. Very Annoying. I have literally gone to the bathroom while this game loads.
I'll give this game a final of 65/100 for long load times, boring gameplay, and worse sound. My recomendation: get it preplayed or wait 'til its around $20.
