Rumours abound. It's not entirely clear what city this game will be based on. Some report Vice while others think it will be Liberty City. The only thing that is known for certain is that it is being worked on.
lets not mention that nobody bonkeykong here and about the E 10+, i'd like to see where you found this info from because at E 10+ they would have to change quite a bit in the game. sounds like a horrible rumor to me or so i hope.
there was a PHOTOSHOPPED image displaying GTA:LCS as a poster, at the top it had the rockstar logo and the E 10+ rating. However, a look at the fine print on the image shows that the poster was originally for Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition, and someone superimposed the GTA graphic over the original one. Also, the Rockstar logo referred to the Rockstar team that developed Dub edition. The Rockstar Leeds logo(those developing GTA) is apparently a different color.
