Rumours abound. It's not entirely clear what city this game will be based on. Some report Vice while others think it will be Liberty City. The only thing that is known for certain is that it is being worked on.

GTASouthPark, doc...you seem to have missed the point where phukee said it's a waste of HIS time, therefore HIS opinion. It's incredibly valid from his point of view. Just because it doesn't match yours, doesn't mean it's wrong.
Who cares where it is set (although Liberty City Stories is a bit of a give-away people) and who cares what style it is, GTA1 on PC rocked, GTA3 rocked. Yeah, it's going to be 3D, but if it wasn't, so what? What matters is whether it will be entertaining or not. I game for the fun of it, not for the graphics.
