GrandViper For sure, it's based in Liberty City, you play as Toni Cipriani, new story & MOTORCYCLES! There are also rumors of downloadable content such as: clothes, music, weapons, vehicles, etc. The story deals with Toni trying to go up the crime ladder to become Salvatori's "capo". This takes place 3 years before the events of GTA3.
