This is NOT a replacement for a router.. This little gizmo is for users who want to have wifi access where only wired is available. It is NOT difficult to set up as long as you follow the step by step setup guide that is in plain, simple, english. It's not as cheap as a router, but it's a great tool when you're away from an available access point.. Highly relyable.

All though you could buy a wireless router to get your wireless internet, adding the wifi max would make your online gaming up to 5 times faster then a standard wireless router. Wifi max is great if you want to play online games or browse the internet at full speed on your psp or computer.
