WiFi MAX is a USB WiFi dongle for your computer, allowing you to setup a wireless network for your PSP without needing a seperate wireless router.
Features
Internet gaming through any internet-enabled PC.
No cables necessary – make a wireless connection.
Organise your files, and convert videos into a PSP-friendly format.
Five times faster than standard WiFi.
Suppled with software CD and WiFi dongle, and also a USB cable and stand for optimal positioning.
The huge selling point to this is that the program acts as a secure server for all of your media. Making this very useful for people that have a small memory card. If you want to listen to some music, get on the wifi and download it from your computer VERY quickly! Trust me I have one.
I also installed it on a thumb drive, so when I go over to a friends house I plug both in and it works! (minus the "my media" part, but thats because its all on my computer)
Will this work for dial up? I dont mean specific for on-line gaming, but just for the browser at the least. My area isnt' up for anything above dial up for another year.

Because some people have dial-up and cannot get a wireless router and if this is really "Internet gaming through any internet-enabled PC", it will work with dial-up, in which case I will buy one.
yah how the hell does this thing work do u have to connect it into the psp? or is it just a reception?
so u dont have to connect anything into the psp?
