While many of this programs functions are already available elsewhere it is handy to have them all contained within the one program. I don't have a PSP so i don't know whether all the features work properly, but i can't see why they wouldn't. Here is a summary of what the program is capable off.
JPG: Converts BMPs, single framed GIFs, and PNGs to JPGs
Converts plain TXT and HTM/HTML files to a series of JPGs
MP3: Rips audio from CD (and obtains it's data from the CDDB for ID3 tags) and converts it to MP3
MP4:Handles the awkward naming scheme so you don't have to. Integration of 3GP's video encoder so its functions are available within this program.
Playlists: Extracts tracks from playlists such as m3u files
Queue: When you drop files on to the program, it creates an operation queue, which allows you to change settings such as filenames, and image quality before sending the files to the PSP. The queue can also be saved so it can be loaded later.
Save file manager:Backup and restore save games to and from your hard drive easily. Also uses the thumbnails stored within the save itself.
To download just go the site and click on the 'how to download' link near the bottom. You need to download both the binary and dependancies zips, however the sourcode is unneccessary. Hope its Good.
the software is bugged.
theres lots of problems with the dl files they give you - as well as a lot of assumption on their part of what the user will do - thumbs down until theres a new release
Someone get the techie behind this software an assistant who knows how regular people think and act. That might make the program installable by people who don't think in C++. :P
