Wow...
1) We will never get past that 4GB limit, no matter what we plug into there.
2) They did it in a way that doesnt suck. A black finish would have been nice, but no cables or anything hanging out.
This looks like it could be a nice product.

I just want this to view my photos on the fly...so four gigs is waaaay more than I need (as most of my cf cards are 1 gig and I shoot jpg). this is perfect...well I hope it is anyway

Well, it's good that you could save money by using SD picture cards instead of MSDs, but the price is $100, so if you do the math, most people who needed that much memory already spent thier $ on a 1 or 2gb memory stick. In terms of practicality, it looks like the edges of teh cards could, for whatever reasons, break off. This really could be a good deal- for $40 less.
