I do wonder about the plastic itself marring the PSP.. or if dust gets between and gets "ground" into the PSP face... I will order one from Lik-Sang and check it out.
Is this a hard type plastic case (like the plastic on cdcases) or is it of a more "rubbery" plastic sleeve (with a stretchy fit)? If it's a hard plastic shell, this could be a great complement to the cloth sheath which is included in the value pack. The rubbery "exo-skins" I have seen for the gameboy advance add too much bulk and get dirty alot easier than a hard shell would. I saw this too at Lik-Sang and am interested to the point that I might order one.
this looks more like a permanent shell than one that you use only when you're not using the PSP. if that's the case, then I think it might get in the way when you're playing any games. I slide my thumbs around the directional pad and the buttons, so I don't think it'll work too well for me.
What will be interesting it the back of the casing, where the UMD disks will be. Now if the whole case covers the UMD part of the PSP, then it'll be a pain in the a$$ to switch games. The one thats for the GBA SP was great in my opinion, I have a platinum GBA SP and it doesn't have a single scratch (note the Platinum SP's scratches easily). Only time will tell, how good this clear case is. If anyone buys one can you take a picture of the back of the case.
that with your psp in the sun for a few hours... just dosen't look safe. but if you're clumsy while playing games, I think this product would be good for you.
a decent idea but as far as gameplay goes it will probably get irritable. i had a simular case for my gameboy and i can't say it will be something I'll get again
If you look at the image on Lik Sang it looks like the front of the case is above the level of the buttons ?
Wouldn't this seriously hinder button pressing capabilities ?
Not one for me I don't think...

Agreed. But the device looks like any amount of sun would cause the rubber to feel sticky and attract debris.

I think it would make the buttons harder to push. The unit does appear to be thick. But hopefully not... because that would be one design flaw that shouldn't be overlooked.
