When is the US release?!?!

different only because they never released this series outside of Japan
they're most likely not going to make/port something like this in US.
+
Well, they never ported the PS2 version which came out years ago (or was that PS1?) so I can't imagine they'd see a market for this on the PSP all of a sudden.

I think the PS1, PS2, DC, wonderswan, GBA, etc had a version of this series. So yeah, I don't see it coming either, hehe.

This game was is fun when it used the train controller (complex), but with the psp I wonder how it would fair. I'd prefer the bus version though...a long time fav in which you had to obey street rules and give passengers a nice mellow ride (you even had to stop perfectly and open doors) heh.
+
I can totally see a bunch of gamers riding trains around Tokyo and trying to drive a train on exactly the same piece of track on their PSPs...
+
eh, that's something new to me
but.....why a train?? It only has one way to go
+
So so game it is fun but then it is just stop and start action game pressing the buttons at the right time too
+
 Own it
I hope someone can upload a savegame on this this traindriver game i can say " It`s a great moviesim but very dificult to stop on time "
+
 Own it
does this game actually have a perpose?

I'd love to see the US version of this. Playing as an Amtrak train operator should be tons of fun. Options such as "train derailment", "Hazmat", and "faulty brakes" should make it much more entertaining that the Japanese version. After a few level ups, the Acela would make a great option. You could drive the Acela for a week before it simulates weeks of maintenance and cost overruns.
+
Leave it to the Japanese to have a unique and potentially interesting game, with the likelyhood of us Americans getting zilch.
