I got mine from Lik-Sang when I ordered my PSP.
I'm using it for the first time now, the cable is of good quality and seems to be, at a guess, 1.5 meters long.
The psp charges fine from it. I didn't note what time I started charging though, sorry.
The plug that goes into the psp seems a little long (I can see some metal exposed) but it's only minor.
All in all, it saves carrying a whole charger around with me, I just keep the cable in my work bag that goes everywhere with me.

can you put music and movies on it too?

I think this is kind of useless...

PSPRO, the plug from the cable goes into your power socket on your psp, not your mini usb socket.
I charged with it again today, it took about 4 hours 10 min for a full charge. I still think it's dead useful. It's dirt cheap and easy to carry around and where doesn't have a computer? And you can charge it from your laptop on the train if the train doesn't have power sockets.

Sony had to make it possible to load files on your memorystick and charge the psp all together"
Well a big advantange for me, as long as the price is reasonable, is that I can bring the USB charger with me to work and charge my PSP via my computer there rather than trying to find an outlet. Also, when travelling I can hook my PSP up to my laptop via USB and charge it while in the car or on a plane, as long as it doesn't drain it's battery significantly that could prove very useful.

Can someone please clear something up for me. Can you buy two different types of cable for the PSP. One that connects the PSP via its power port to you computers USB and a different one that connect the PSP's mini USB to your computers USB allowing files to be transfered to your memory stick. Also what size mini USB does the PSP have. I have a camera and a mobile phone that both have different size mini UBS's. Thanks!

Im not sure what the size is, but i ordered mine here- link

I have this and I got this too, it should work perfectly: link

Man, I wish it was possible to transfer files and charge the PSP from one port...They should have done what Apple did with the iPods, iPod connects to the computer with one cable, then that same cable can plug into an adapter to the wall outlet ...
