CyberLink PowerEncoder MPEG-4 AVC Edition is a video capturing and file conversion application. It allows users to convert files into high-quality compressed files using the MPEG-4 Advanced Video Coding (H.264) and MPEG-4 Simple Video Profile (SP) standards with the approximate conversion rate at an incredibly miniscule 25% of the original DVD video file (MPEG-2 format). MPEG-4 SP and MPEG-4 AAC support enables the creation of video files for playback on the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP).

That may be true, but I've got OT7Pro and the MP4 vids I've made with it don't play on a PSP. Also, this allows you to drop the resolution before encoding. OT7Pro doesn't let you do that, I've tried.

um, canadians? (i'm refering to the third post)...and if you're talking about resolution, PSPvideo9 offers a wide range of resolution, bitrate, etc that you can choose from before conversion. and has someone mentioned that it's free? oh yea, it is. Now, if only it supports MKV and OGM files...
to the dude with the OT7Pro, try converting your vids to something other than MP4 and use PSP video 9 to convert whatever you made to MP4. I have a few "vids" in divx/xvid that I converted to MP4 using PSPvideo9. Enough bout that, i think there's a whole section for PSPvideo9, which you can get at PSPvideo9.com.
