I really wish someone would just make a docking station with a remote that DOESN'T come with speakers. There are atleast two of these now, with what I HAVE to imagine are just crap speakers, or atleast not as good as the speakers I use. How about pluging the psp into your home stereo? I use my PSP at work, I have the logitech speakers and it sits on a shelf kinda high up. Even with all the noise where I work, the sound is loud and fantastic, but it is hard to control it. I would love to have a remote for it, but I don't want crap speakers. Someone needs to just make a remote. Besides... this products already exists... the movie dock. Why would this company waste time and everything else to make this? Thanks for the info, once again... but I wish someone would just make a wireless remote for the PSP.

I see... they sell it at WalMart and FYE. It must be junk.

Just because a similar product already exists doesn't mean other companies shouldn't try to make a better one. Since when does the existence of a single product mean that no one else should try to improve upon the idea?

Instead of just wishing for a wireless remote, you should write a letter to one of the companies that makes peripherals for the PSP and suggest the idea.

10/17/05 want it! OWA
lol, I wouldn't say that about wal mart, don't they sell the psp itself? I'd like to think you'd call the psp junk.

Actually, I have sent emails. You have a point about a company having a go at making a better product, but look at this thing. Come on... the speakers are facing up. I just don't see this as good quality... and since most reviews here are based on nothingness- we'll never know.

Oh, sorry OWA. Wasn't calling the PSP junk... i just meant things that are sold ONLY at walmart. The site says they are going to sell them at WalMart and FYE. Leading me to believe.... crapo.

Umm why would you need to raise the volume from across the room, can you see the psp from across the room without binoculars.

I don't think it's going to as crappy as it seems. The fact it's using SRS's speaker technology alone is enough to elevate this from "crap" to "half-way decent".

Uh... silverclown. My PSP plays MP3s. ATRAC too. I can listen to them all the way on the other side of the HOUSE with my playgearAMP.

What firmware do YOU have that doesn't have MP3 playback?

i think this suKs its kool in all but its not that good .....i think it would of been better if it had a plugin which you could connet to your tv and see it on your tv that would be something.................and if you are on your car you could just see it on Media AMP.

I'd definately want to hear it for that price. If that is the price, where did you get that? That was more than my Playgear AMP.

And for the record, I believe his "binocular" crack warranted my response. Doesn't he need to "ease up a bit"?
