I believe that's another level of brightness that the psp has when it is being charges... but don't quote me on this.

usually when the psp is not charging....you can hit the display button and have 3 brightness levels. when you're charing your psp, you have 4 levels of brightness. i guess the ultra bright is the highest brightness.

The "Ultra Bright Display mode" is the 4th brightness setting that is normally only available when the PSP is plugged into the charger.

You won't find it in regular stores as it's made by some noname Chinese company. Only places I've found to get them are Lik-Sang or eBay (lik-sang you're looking $30+ shipped; ebay was under $20 for me, shipped & insured)

australian ebayers dont sell any accesories for the psp.
