Wasn't there a thread about Sony coming out with 4GB sticks next year? I imagine that as long as you can get multiple one gig sticks for the price of the two gig sticks, I wouldn't get one.
My STERNO drive has an 80 Gig drive and the 71 DVD's I've ripped so far don't take up more than 30. I can fit two movies, a few pics, and all of my game saves on a 1 GB stick I got for about $110 at EB Games. It doesn't take long to copy a 300 Meg movie from the STERNO when I want to change.

Well at first the 1gig cards we more expensive than two 512mb cards, so I would put it off for a little while and then the price will probably drop considerably. Maybe will even see them for $100?

already 125 on buy.com and ebay.......lower and lower they go...
unfortunately as soon as the 2 gig sticks hit the "sweet spot" then the 4 gig sticks will come out and we will all be drooling over those....

Who say the next PSP have HD, the next PSP have built in 12Gb mem (flash) and will come with a 4 Gb memstick

Oh, yall missed the low price they had on Newegg.com. It was $50 for a good 2 weeks. Now, there are all SOLD OUT, but there are others that are in that range.
There's the other SanDisk one (the light blue one that isn't see-through) For $58.00. Y'all better get 'em while they're hot.edited: Aug 16 2006
