There is NO WAY I would have my PSP hanging from my windshield. I had my GPS unit, mucj lighter then the PSP, hangin with one of these brackets and after a couple days it fell, without damaging the unit luckely.
Never again, all windshield mounts are bad! And I know they include a dash mount.

Enough with the winshield car mount!

I'd like to see a projection screen for the PSP that spans my entire windshield so I can have a truly immersive PSP experience while hurtling down the freeway at 90 MPH. Myabe they could link the car controls to the PSP so instead of worrying about the world outside I could drive Midnight Club 3 in a truly interactive, 3-D enviroment.

I have an in-dash DVD player, which I watch all the time when I'm driving, had it for a couple years now. Havn't gotten any accidents, fender benders, or tickets yet. While I admit this probably isn't the safest thing in the world, it is up to the driver to be safe driver, and if you can have a movie going on while you driving and still be safe, then I say go for it.

yeah! i agree.. all windshield mounts are not long lasting!!! I was using a special 'mount' for my POcket PC for GPS use--and it fell on me twice.. the manufacturer even sent me a replacement..still didn't last long.. so finally i went to get ProClip USA- to mount my PocketPC onto a more secure area of the dashboasrd--w/out drilling/glue/velcro/suctionCups! I would invest on their seat mounted gooseneck though!
