no, needs a wireless set up.
edit: i meant with the psp.. xbconnect was originally meant to play xbox games like halo that had no online multiplayer to act as if 2 systems were side by side when in fact they were anywhere in the world.
The only problem with this program is that you need to be able to connect to two networks at the same time, which means you need to network (wired or wireless) adapters. One wireless to connect to the psp via peer-to-peer (ad-hoc) and one to connect to the XB connect servers (wired or wireless (infrastucture)). This sucks of only the psp could host games over infrastucture then I think it would work great.
