I'm a owner of iPSP and got PSPWare also. iPSP is the one to offer a lot more functions (PDF and TXT dragNdrop conversion, direct DVD Movie conversion etc. etc.) , clearer GUY (i-style), its more easy to use (mostly dragNdrop, single file transfer, Movies stored by Name). Works perfect with iApps. Movie Quality is exellent and you get it PSP full screen. At least still on the bad side: It crashes from time to time (harmles, just restart), theres a bug on single gamefile delete, it needs some Hardware power (speed is ok on my 2.3 DP G5 but dont want to have less power...) and sometimes the PSP is not recognised after first Prog start (but is then recognised by a simple USB re-connect). Its very restricted on TryOut. Means: to realy see if its to one for you have to buy it...
