It looks like its using ffmpeg to do the video encoding. if you wanted to encode for yourself you could get a copy of ffmpegx. I havent played with the photo, music, and game sync because all i need to do is drag and drop that stuff. I suppose when i get a bigger memory stick, and I have more things to sync, I'd have a need to use this program. Anyway, its great that this is out for the Mac so soon!
