Set of 5 easy to setup and use replacement caps for your Analog Stick. Some are larger and inset while others are smaller, allowing for more varied play.
Grab the edges of the analog stick and pull up. You will be pulling directly away from the PSP, at a 90 degree angle from the face... Or perpendicular to the PSP.
Just pull straight out and it will come off easily. It is only held on by friction, so there is no glue or anything to worry about.
I just bought this analog stick and it's a big disappointment. Apparently the new nubs makes my analog stick get stuck and it's a pain in the ass to fix it again. This problem has never happened to me with the original nub for the analog stick. The analog stick just get stuck on the downward direction, very weird problem. Does anyone have the same problem? Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
I stopped using the bigger sticks because they became useless in games where I had to move the analog constantly. They would keep sticking. The bases are too big, so you don't get the full range of movement. The biggest ones got in the way of the d-pad, which is fine if you're playing a game that doesn't require use of the d-pad.
The smallest one broke after a couple months of use, which is unfortunate, because that was the best one. Pressing too much on the nub made it break off the base. It was like the original nub, but rubber, so your finger never slipped.
They need to make the base part of the sticks smaller, like the size of the original nub's base, so it doesn't stick and you have full range of movement. The material also needs to be stronger. Maybe a stronger plastic (or metal) inside, then add a rubber coating.
I finally get myself this analog sets. I love the Medium Concave, it works great for MHF. Now the question, is there any psp cases that can fit with these analog replacements on ? If not, how do you deal with it ? I dont think keep pulling the original stick on and off just to get it fit with the PGP is a practical way.
