Gallery Fake is a unique Japanese text-adventure game with a detective novel feel. The crux of gameplay is based around an innovative word puzzle system where you attempt to wean information from conversees. Playing with the words you can get even more information and progress in the story.

I like Japanese text based games...but mainly to work on my Japanese skills (which they obviously require a LOT of)
Don't expect to see a localization though, so you better be pretty good at Japanese for this one.

I was thinking about getting this as I generally like this kind of game and can understand Japanese, until I saw the words "BREAK A FAKE" and almost wet myself...I don't think this game will be an enticing enough import unless your a fan of the anime/manga... I say save your hard earned cash for a decent title!

The most interesting thing about this game is that if you look at the middle 2 pictures and quickly flick from one to the other it looks like the 2 people in the middle are dancing. Probablt more fun than the actual game to be honest.
