Custom made case with a transparent Perspex window to see the music track being played when the PSP idles in the bag or pocket. The case provides storage for one UMD and four Memory Stick Duos and features protected open sockets so users can use their earphones whilst the PSP is still in the case.
the only con is that the lockin mechanism is metal, and the thing it hooks on to is plastic. eventually after closing it so many times it wont stay shut on its own. i ended up returnin it for a PGP
I have it. Pretty nice case, snug fit. Under PSP is storage for one UMD. It has a tranparent window in the top, I guess to see your music playing. I don't use that... A Draw back? It can't fit the cleaning cloth... I've tried every which way, and think I'll Return it to Best Buy...
Don't know how long my review will take to get posted (if ever!), but I think this is a decent case. It's not better than the Playgear Pocket, but this is how they compare:
Versus: Protek / Logitech
water resist: completely encases PSP / Open ports
storage: 4 memory sticks & 1 UMD / game unit only(?)
build: pretty solid / 'indestructible'
viewport: MP3 tracks / nadda
pimping: stickers / stickers & inlays
So these two cases are not exactly night and day. In fact, the Protek has some nice features that the PGP doesn't, so if this case fits your style, don't be worried about getting it.
