This 3D role play game will blend the best of several Strategy and RPG games, including Fire Emblem, Tactics Ogre and Final Fantasy Tactics. It will also have a unique multiplayer mode where players can take turns simultaneously.
Building your stats and party are important. Unique to this game is the ability to be evil. Multiplayer will also be available, with up to 4 player Ad-Hoc capability.
little mole took pity on me and dropped me a line about the Playstation Portable’s upcoming Lord of the Rings game. Lord of the Rings: Tactics, due out in November, will be a 3D role playing game that blends the best of several top games of its kind including Fire Emblem, Tactic Ogre and Final Fantasy Tactics.
The mole says the game looks to be a solid entry into the RPG strategy genre, with at least one cool twist: A unique take on multiplay.
The game’s multiplayer mode uses a system that allows for simultaneous turn-taking by separating movements from attacks. Everyone moves first and then everyone attacks. Or so they say.
It is still too early to say, but LOTR Tactics looks much better then LOTR Third Age.
I am not one for playing RPG, but l did not enjoy LOTR Third Age that much.
I am a huge fan of LOTR, and will most likely buy this game.
