Not a bad idea if you travel a lot. I could see hooking that up in a hotel room or something. Otherwise its not particularly portable. For home use, the speaker dock looks like a better solution. Well, just using an RCA cable to hook it up to your home stereo makes the most sense.
whats up with that butt ugly design why can't someone design boombox style set up withthe speakers on the sidesand not blocking inportant ports like the usb port...
I agree, if you look at some of the add ons for the iPOD they look awesome. Like JBL, Klipsh or Bose. They are people that can make some seriously awesome speakers. Come on people bring one out for the PSP.
Apples and oranges. The iPod isn't really meant to be held while in use, the PSP is. How are you supposed to play games when the speakers are on the side?
I am thinking more about listening to music or watching a movie. I would love to use my PSP as an mp3 player but taking into account that after you pay for your PSP, you then need to spend money on a decent pair of speakers and then a big memory stick. I also do sometimes play my PSP with my laptop speakers plugged in.
Wow, that is fresh!!! I think we should do it! Hang a psp over your neck and the boombox attachment and its all you! Just dont get jacked in the subway! By the way, someone was mentioning on their site (I will track it down) that Apple and SOny will be doing a joint venture to release videos for psp through iTunes. Anyone heard that madness??
I just plug the speakers I use for my computer in. Where's my incentive to buy some bulky thing that hangs on the top of my PSP? If I'm travelling, I'm using my headphones.
