my wife bought one. our friend (a girl) owns one, a couple of our other friends own one. I actually, aside from all of you, know more psp owners that are girls than I do guys. I only know 2 guys personally that own a psp. 4-5 are girls.

Maybe when you "guys" know some adult women, or even girls, you'll know that they:
1) Own PSPs
2) Spend lots of money on accessories - just look to the iPod for proof
3) Don't spend a lot of time around doinks like you :P which is why you spend all your time on the PSP!

Girls do NOT own PSPs in general. That's like saying girls own Harleys and watch football. Sure, there are some who do, but a small fraction compared to guys.
I'm sure there are girls who have beards, too (I've been to the circus). My point is, they are few and far between; too few to even bother considering.

LOL - you HAVE to be kidding? Do you have any CLUE as to how many women own Harley's? It is big - and getting bigger - ask any Harley dealer.
If you're going to talk smack, you better have data top back it up - and you don't.
The female market for "traditionally male" consumables is growing like crazy, and smart companies know that - don't send your resume to anything short of a chewing tobacco company...but lots of women do that too so I give...
