Next in the Shining Soul action-RPG series, this game has a darker look and vibe and is more graphically superior to its predecessors. The game will feature more strategic elements and the ability to summon demons as well as do 100+ hit chain combos. The ability to combine weapons to make new ones will also be a hot feature.
The "problem" is that most RPG dev'rs are Japanese because there's a larger market there. Just like most FPS dev'rs are English speaking, because from what I hear the genre is incredibly unpopular in Japan. Just the way it is.
Yeah. The lack of true RPGs for the PSP in the US is becoming more and more frustrating. What makes it worse is that the ones that ARE coming are rehashes or ports from other consoles. The PSP has such a huge potential for great gaming and we can't get anyone to throw us a bone! :-)

What the hell are you talkin' bout? Pokemon is owned by Nintendo. They wouldn't give up the 2nd best selling series of all time.
i hate it how sometimes game companys send out games to america and their poop compared to the japanese verison (aka ddr extreme). I cant believe they would even think about sending us Untold Legends, its just another "gauntlet". Maybe if we didnt NUKE THE JAPANESE, THEY WOULD SEND US GOOD GAMES/RPGS.
More Japanes RPGs are good for the US, hopefully.If more people import them perhaps the developers will consider porting more titles. Also, who cares if more ports of other older RPGs come to the PSP? If people who've never played them before take an interest, theyll port more and make more of them in general.
Games that take no time to beat unless on insane difficulty are not gonna get PSP anywhere. Go RPGs. Let's get a petition going or something.

Could these previews please stipulate whether the game will be released in the US or Japan, or both? As it is, you kind of just have to figure it out on your own by browsing the replies (or if there's Japanese kana in the pics). Just a simple US/JAP/EUR identifier next to the date would be just fine.
Not all of us are psychic or up on every single new game so that we automatically know which is being released in what country.
