I wish EA or Codemaster made this game. They're good with racing games. F1 racing games has different kind of handling, acceleration and control than other race car. I hope this one is good though.
Since it very unlikely that this game will come to the USA based on the minimum exposer of F1 in the US and also taking into consideration that Codemaster (no the maker of F1) has officially stated that Colin Mcrae and Toca Pro Race Driver wont be coming to the USA. It appears that there already too many racing games on the PSP right now and most companies wont want to compete against Gran Turism Mobile when it comes to the US next year. With all this being said I already have my pre-order for F1, WRC, and PRD2 from a European gameshop to ship on Sept 1st since I love race games and the more the merrier
They will be coming to USA and there's no reason to hold the sales of this kinda game just because they're scared to compete. Why not sell beef-jerky instead of developing racing games?
fun game, graphics are pretty solid, and it has a great intro movie, and really loving the fact that you can race against 19 other drivers on the track at the same time, as opposed to the usual 5 others... controls seem pretty good (easy to spin-out though), and a few different race modes keep it interesting... still... its no ridge racer :D
this game is great -- pretty realistic handling (especially off the road -- the grass gets on your tires, and then fades off once you drive on the road again for a little while -- very cool), excellent intro movie, and nice modes -- basically what chiv said
