It is very stable thanks to its suction cup windshield mount and it has three joints to adjust for best view. But I do that for a lot cheaper with a regular FM transmitter. And you can only choose between 3 stations. If you live in a big city, chances are you'd probably get a lot of interference and I defiently had to do some testing before I found the 1 station out of 16 from my transmitter. Plus, a cop would pull you over if they see the screen visible to the driver and ticket you (and it would probably be some BS moving violation so thats points and a major fine). I'm usually not on the road for longer than 30 minutes at a time, but I could see where this would be useful if you did a lot of driving.
