i'll admit this game has great graphics, but it doesnt make up for the crappy gameplay, i rented it and beleive me, IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!! i woudnt advise any1 to get this game, as bart simpson once said "i didnt think it was physically possible, but this both sucks and blows...........

The most exciting thing about this game is that tomorrow I plan to trade it in for Namco Battle Museum! I bought Spiderman2 used about a week ago, played it for a few hours, and haven't touched it since. A lot of reviews comment on poor camera control mechanism; this is not really that big a problem. What is a problem is that there are many "levels" where you punch out 2 bad guys, wait for a minute or so of loading, punch out five bad guys, wait for a minute or so of loading, punch out .... err... --you get the idea. Add to that the junk control configuration (let's see; triangle to launch web, but left or right to 'web yank'; all while you're using square & circle to kick & punch, while using the shift keys to -----now what do those do, anyway?). Add to that the sudden change in difficulty (I started playing on "medium" from OBNOXIOUSLY easy (all that 2/5 bad guys stuff) to INSANELY difficult (the boss match with Mysterio). I'm sorry, Activision, but I do appreciate the fact that my hands are used for other things than your stupid game. I'd like to be able to still use them for those other things some day. --Maybe even to play a REAL game like Wipeout Pure or Midnight Club.

The PS2 version is annoyingly short. I wasn't even playing it seriously and it took 4 days to complete the main story (doing the 2nd part was not an option). Returned tha game to the shop and got my refund. e Game

I said it once and Ill say it again, this game sucks. its named "Spiderman 2" but it is truly a clone of the first spiderman, and its not even as good as THAT one (which also sucked, by the way). And dont even get me started on the replay value. I wouldnt've kept this game if they paid me to. I would be ashamed to even have it in my possesion. I would've burnt it right after playing rather than have some poor kid walk in to the blockbuster and have the misfortune to rent or...... *shudders* buy this poor excuse for a game. This game gives a bad name to spiderman, the PSP, and the entire gaming world

Totally unhappy with this game. Expected it to be like the PS2 version which people were raving about. Instead, it's super linear and boring.

I love this game! It might not have everything or look as good, but it has great 3d graphics, it is portable and it is wayyyy better than the DS version (the DS version is an embarressment). This is awsome!
