I've been using this for awhile, however, I seem to be getting a lot of "freezing" while converting--and i have to re-start all over again.. Anyone experiencing this?

I downloaded this software and the unregistered version only converts about 10minutes of playback.. I must say the software is awesome but would anyone be willing to share their serials codes and stuff?? If not, well Decrypter and PSP Video 9 it is..lol

I would recommend the PSP video 9 too, after my test of most of the coverters out there, like PSP Movie Creator, ImToo PSP Video converter(Sucks the most, why?Cause I cant even see the video, the PSP fail to detect it after a thousand times of retrying with different settings, I gave up)Image Converter 2, 3GP Converter.PSP Video 9 is the winner and the best of all.I think I'll do a review on the others.Still going on trying out all the converters that I haven't tried yet.

Okay gang: Converter 2, 3GP Converter, Video 9, Decrypter...I'm gonna go mad! All I want to do is put my DVD's on my PSP. For those of us who are not "tech savvy" is this the best program to get? Most of what you guys say is over my head, I'm just looking for something that is easy. I got PSP X Studio last night and spent hours trying to figure it out...alas, I am dumb as a stick, and could use some guidance on what's the easiest program to use.

If you search google with the words "psp dvd convert" you will come up with a few guides that include pictures w/ explanations to what all those tools you mention are. Now if you've got the 30 bucks to burn and don't feel like going through much trouble, this would be one of the best to use. There are about 2 or 3 other similar programs out there (some of which, unlike this one can convert to formats usable w/ devices other than psp). This one is pricey but it does work well w/ DVD's and the tivo2go files. If you want to convert stuff you may have downloaded (sans quicktime stuff) the free version will work just as fast (no DVD support though). Hope this helps. . . .

I convert a lot of Anime from my DVDs and this software can display subtitles which PSP video 9 or 3GP can`t. This is also a very easy and stright forward to use. However the only problem I have experienced so far, I couldnt get this to convert my back-up DVDs... the program always gives me an error in the middle of converting, but all my orginal DVD worked great. The crop feature doesnt really do much, coz i wont encode to 480 width or reduce file size... so is kinna pointless. If you need subtitle on your MP4, I highly recommend this, otherwise... stick with other freewares.

This is a nice program for those without the time to waste with Video 9 and DVD Decrypter, I don't mind the price since this does all the work for me. It's easy to use, and I've yet to encournter any file issues. So far, so good!

Bought the software and still to reserve judgement until I figure out or get help in figuring out why the product fails to record some films to the end.
I have found that the product cannot decode most of my films direct from the original (LEGAL) DVD, hence I rip it to a .VOB using DVD decryptor. I then record the VOB to PSP format. Most films works flawlessly, albeit a bit slow but I can live with that. Films such as the Incredibles (Kids Holiday Planned) fails to convert to the end of the film although viewing it in the record window clearly shows that the VOb file contains the entire film. Tweaking the video and/or sound qyuality and related output file size makes no difference. Guess the kids will have to settle with watching the videos for the 100th time on the family player when they get back. It's not as if they haven't watched it before !! unless someone out there can help. Flight in 3 days time !!!

The Free Preview does not allow you to copy from DVD's. other than that it works pretty good for converting short clips. I noticed a lot of freezing on longer clips.

I wouldn't buy it.
