iPod is also a removable storage device if you put it in mass storage mode, and why would you wanna spend a couple hundred dollars on this to add storage to your ipod when if you just sold your ipod and didnt buy this you could afford a new 60GB iPod fool

I have the CD211 with a 100GB drive in it ($219 from mydigitaldiscount.com . Works beautifully!
I also enjoy having it available as a portable drive for my computer. The only drawback I found was that you had to plug it into the wall to get power for it (sure it will run off the battery, but if I am listening to my music collection on my computer, I don't want to drain the battery).

I made a very happy discovery! The PSP charging/link caple works perfectly on the Share Steno drive! (http://www.psp411.com/show/product/131/0/2in1_USB_Charger_amp_Data_Cable.html) I was thrilled to find this. It keeps charging my drive while keeping a constant connection. I can switch it any time and hook up my psp and copy whatever I want onto a stick. Of course if it was streaming directly to the PSP it would be "godly". But this is the next best thing. I use it all the time and it's extremely handy in so many situations! Highly recommended!

I just got my steno. So far, I like it with one exception...when browsing the hard drive, this unit doesn't organize the files. Or at least not in alphabetical order. Does anybody know what method it's using to display the files on the hard drive? I can reorganize the files if I know what system they're using. Please let me know. Thanks.
