thanks for the advice.
just noticed that my router needs restarting every time i use the psp as a browser. don't know why. it just sends the router outta whack.

I got this game, it's my first game I'm hoping to spend my next paycheck on Ridge Racer and I'm considering Need for Speed, but I know for sure I want Need for Speed Most Wanted and GT4, but neither are out so it looks like I should just get Ridge Racer first.

I am not one to play racing games (only game I liked was Need For Speed Hot Pursuit). My wife talked me into getting this game and, I love it! It's the only game I have that she will play too.

this game is sick. Gameplay is sick, graphics are sick, audio is sick.
Im upto rapier as well, when i started doing timetrial to get gold medals on the first class, my first thought was "dam, this is slow". Rapier is superfast! I also have the livery option when choosing vehicles. If anyone is in the final class, please post if you get anymore ships...or is that only through downloads?

how do you get to phantom tracks? i have 115 gold medals but i cant access the phantom races. is there a secret or are they just locked for now?

dude u have to beat the asencion tournament in the rapier class (get gold, silver or bronze) thats all and it'll unlock phantom for you

more often if or when that USB keypad comes out .!

This game has beautiful graphics, but I'm not a big fan. I admit that I'm probably not a big fan because I can't learn to drive any of the vehicles to save my life! It's too frustrating for me... I don't have the patience. :P Others I know who have the game love it so most will probably enjoy the game.

the game was amazing for the first few hours but after a while its gets repetitive the game only gets harder on zone and multiplayer it is a good first game for newbs to the psp but fot the hard core racers stick with ridge or mnc3
