Burnout Legends sets the bar for on-the-go automotive anarchy, combining the series' trademark speed, destruction and depth with new PSP-only features, gameplay refinements and connectivity. Gamers can look forward to eight gameplay modes, including crash, road rage and pursuit, with white-knuckle multiplayer via WiFi, and a GameShare option allowing players to wirelessly share a demo level of the game with friends.

With that said, playing the game off your memory card affects the load times for better or worse, I'm not sure. The only thing I do know is that we'll have to wait to really find out about the load times once the UMD of the game is out, instead of people who are breaking the law.
But if load times were such a problem, then Gamespot would have addressed it. They didnt, which leads me to believe the loads are reasonable.
to be completely honest, i like this version better than the console (Xbox) version of Burnout 3. best PSP game yet in my opinion; coming from someone who's not a huge Burnout fan.
