This one has a jury-rigged analog stick that goes on top of the directional buttons and raised button extenders for the action buttons. The analog is left recessed in an open well cutout.
why is it so hard for you guys to show appreciation when a company tries something new...unless they innovate and try out stuff NOBODY will arrive at the perfect solution. So until you come up with a brilliant idea, produce it and market it - how about giving credit where credit is due.
I think it is a nice idea which needs to be "fine-tuned". From what I see of it - it holds promise although I prefer D-Pad for driving games and this pseudo analog stick might get in the way. Maybe it is just an attachment...
I could see the nubby being useful for Darkstalkers though - that game with the current D-Pad is frustrating as hell, and the nub might give you more leverage.
VgSlag - thanks for the correction, will use correct term from hereon. I have some word-specific learning disabilities, I screw up It's and Its all the time.
Ferrari - these joysticks over directional pad thingys aren't exactly new, there have been cheapo ones just like this made for the various Gameboy systems for years. These do look higher quality than the GB ones I remember, still likely to be crap though. Why don't you buy one and review it here?
