But just like any portal you can browse the web, if setup properly. Think of it this way, when this whole hidden thing was discovered people started to install DNS servers and WEB servers on their local network to play with it, then next public portals started popping up, only one so far allows customizable content. MooPS attempts to give you full control over your PSP browsing experience. 1. MooPS is a DNS server that runs on your PC, it will spoof the ingame.scea.com address to what ever webserver you want. 2. MooPS is a WEB server that runs on your PC, It will serve what ever html content you provide. MooPS at its current stage isnt meant for people who dont want to create custom content, because right now it only serves up sample html pages. It is left up to you to create html pages for it to serve up. Yes to the average noob it wont ever make sence. To those that know how networks work and how to code html pages then yes it is a whole lot easier than installing your own web and dns server on your PC, that is if you dont have it already.
