Think its the best.. Also encodes the fastest.. Its running on ffmpeg... Does fullscreen well. Takes bout 40mins to encode a 45min clip on my com. Settings at lowest, highest res and 2 passes... The v3 seems to be for 'members' or a closed group of beta testers... been using 2.3 for a month... I think you can try tweaking different bitrates to fix it(I did this for some other video thing before I don't remember), but I wish that the presets accounted for this...
