Looks like part of my comment was cut off, outpost.com / frys.com had it for 99.99, but don't forget shipping or tax. They don’t have it in stock at this time, but the standard solid blue color 4GB is the same price. It's just not translucent and does not come PSP ready. Although to make it ready takes seconds.
Memory card should be plug and play and creating folders for stuff, but from a very quick google seach, Dave Taylor suggest formating it on your PSP can get rid of preinstalled junk. Now if it was only that easy to remove aol from a newly bought pc with factory installed windows... link
It's listed on Sandisk's website for $159.99 which means hopefully some other third party retailer has it listed a little cheaper. I want to know how much the Ultra II is going to be. There is no price listed for that model.
QWERTY is just hating on 4 gb's. He thinks that there are more memory sticks out there that Sandisk have made for PSP's that are 4 gig's.
