Well, so far, I've managed to get S ranks on all the missions except two, all mobile suits unlocked except 4, and all pilots unlocked. I'm working with a friend to get a FAQ up as there doesn't seem to be a whole lotta info on it. Some things that you can do is "tune" your mobile suit by using earned stat points and increase various things like HP, armour, mobility, etc. There are 12 different areas in all. Your pilot also can also have his/her stats increase and this is done automatically. When making your pilot, you can choose from being a Newtype or a Normal pilot. There's no difference in difficulty here but Newtypes do get that little noise telling them of incoming fire. The downside of being a Newtype is that you can't pilot any mobile suit that has an EXAM system (in theory at least; still look experimenting with that). Mobile suits are taken from U.C. 0079 through 0087. Versus mode is quick to set up. You can choose to fight against 1 computer, against another friend, free-for-all, or team battles. Also, you choose co-op mode to fight with a friend (or even have 4 player co-op!). Different missions my friend and I have encountered so far are container gathering while under attack, killing off many mobile suits in a 30 minute "survival", or beat a few of the hardest mobile armors that so happen to take steroids before battle. When you win, your pilot and mobile suit gain points which also can be allocated when you switch to campaign mode. Well, that's all I care to type up so far. All mobile suits/armors unlocked. All pilots unlocked. Still working on backgrounds. Plus, I got a little bonus at the end as well that any Gundam fan would like. S rank on all missions including the 30 minute "survivals".
