*The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe*
In the game, players enter the world of Narnia, a land frozen in a 100 year winter by the evil powers of the malevolent White Witch. In order to end this frigid captivity and free his people, the mighty lion Aslan invokes an ancient prophecy. It will become the destiny of four siblings from our world: Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie to work together and use their unique combat skills, weaponry and abilities to defeat the Witch and her armies to save Narnia. These four heroes must battle the evil forces of the White Witch by waging war against a vast variety of creatures, including, Minotaurs, Minoboars, Cyclops, Werewolves, Wraiths, Ankleslicers, Wolves, Boggles and more.
This is also being developed for PS2, XBOX, etc, so these early screenshots (game is due out end of this year) might not be specifically for the PSP. They're the only ones that were available.
Guys, like Captain said, this may not be actual in-game screens. They could be scenes from the Xbox/PS2/GC versions, or this is what the in-game-cutscenes could look like. Most likely, it's just hi-res shots.
Still, The Chronicles of Narnia was an interesting book series...
man i loved this story when i was a kid, but i cant remember a single thing about it about except 4 kids and a lion lol. i'm sure many people will follow the progress of this one, lets hope they make the game as good as the story.
How many lives will be ruined before people realise that books do not translate into video games!
Although saying this it is obvious that the game is of the film not the books so basically either the game will suck beyond belief or they will change the story so much that they may as well have given the game the title "GENERIC ACTION ADVNTURE GAME #1927478". Even if they do change the story completely though the game will still probably suck.
Miracles do happen but it will take more than a screenshot of some snow to convince me that this game is good.
