Unique collaborative fighting: Combining the advanced arsenal and mobility of Rianna with her technologically flexible droid Zeeo creates an unbeatable team. Players need to let the characters cooperate with each other in order to complete the complex missions.
Cinematic gameplay: Lethal Alliance will feature a wide range of well-known Star Wars locations, from the buzzing streets of Coruscant and the corridors of the Death Star, to the dusty alleys of Mos Eisley. Each planet allows for unique strategies, for example setting up holographic disguises to fool Imperial guards, commandeering gun turrets, and ultimately escaping in a variety of ways.
First original Star Wars game built exclusively for handhelds: Multiplayer modes enhance collaborative gameplay while taking advantage of the unique capabilities of both the PSP system and Nintendo DS.
Iconic environments and characters: On the missions, players will encounter unforgettable Star Wars characters and species, including Boba Fett, Kyle Katarn, Princess Leia Organa, Darth Vader, Imperial officers, Rodians, Quarren and stormtroopers.

That's kind of interesting concept... And it's a Handheld exclusive... meaning it should be sweet and not some weak port.
Likewise that screen shot looks pretty nice.... I bet it's a mix of action and some puzzles.

star wars dark forces II jedi knight was an amazing game for its time. gameplay was so-so but the story and all of the characters were very enjoyable. Jedi knight II outcast was well done on the fighting system but the story and levels kind of bored the crap out of me as well as jedi academy. The battlefront series kind of sucks in my opinion as well, if i wanted to play that style of game, i would play any battlefield game over it. star wars galaxies was actually pretty damn fun for the first 6 months, but even with all the expansions and what not, it didnt keep me entertained beyond the 6 months. this game looks interesting, but i really enjoy saber combat. a lack of saber combat wouldnt hinder this game in the slightest, but where there is star wars, light sabers shouldnt be far IMO.

With me, it's the opposite. I think that most of the games are really strong, I'm just slightly put off by the branding.

Yeah, which might be good, because it's giving Star Wars a little bit of a break from the formula that didn't seem to work really well in the most recent attept.

I'm really looking forward to getting this game!! I didn't like Battlefront for the PSP but it wasn't too bad anyway... and it was a present so I'm keeping it.
For me, the best Star Wars games are Knight of the Old Republinc I & II and Republic Commando (just great!)
