But when I try to, I can't connect to the internet! Is there away I can download it from a website then put it in a folder on my PSP? + PM \| QUOTE \| PERMALINK \| REPORT 10/06/06 18 parkerfresh \| UK \| SOCOM: parkerfresh 1, i have downloaded the file 2, i have unzipped the file 3, i have named the file FLASHX and placed it into the COMMON folder in my psp 4, now i type 'file : / PSP / COMMON / FLASHX / index . htm' into the browser (with no spaces and case sensitive) 5, now i am greeted with 'the content cannot be displayed' what am i doing wrong? i have followed the instructions to the letter and my psp has the latest firmware and is flash enabled etc. am i missing something? by the way, i have read the thread about 5 times and i cannot see where i am going wrong, i will check again in the meantime, but if someone could help me, that would be great! + PM \| QUOTE \| PERMALINK \| REPORT 10/06/06 zigster \| Germany i think your missing an "l" - it's index.html - hope that helps, otherwise check all the spelling again. edited: Oct 06 2006 + PM \| QUOTE \| PERMALINK \| REPORT 10/06/06 18 parkerfresh \| UK \| SOCOM: parkerfresh ok....i have figured it out! i know where i have been going wrong and it might be where a lot of you are going wrong too!? so i will explain in smple plain english what i did to make it work 1, firstly, you should download the file 2, now unzip it 3, this is where i went wrong....take out the file named 'XFP' and place that into your COMMON folder (i was just unzipping and bunging the lot in) 4,now on your psp browser type case sensitively with no spaces file:/PSP/COMMON/XFP.index.html for some reason 'htm' doesnt work at the end and i tried 'html' and it did! if anyone is still having trouble, i will be more than happy to help, unlike some people that believe thay have explained things thoroughly, only to miss out minor details and then get frustrated when people dont know how to do something...also...im not 100 percent sure that you do have to type case sensitively into the psp browser, its just that i did and it worked for me :D + PM \| QUOTE \| PERMALINK \| REPORT 10/06/06 18 parkerfresh \| UK \| SOCOM: parkerfresh oh thanks zigster...you posted before me...lol, yeah, i was also just naming the unzipped file and dropping that into common rather than extracting the XFP file...silly mistake really, but one that i think a few ppl mite have made. + PM \| QUOTE \| PERMALINK \| REPORT 10/07/06 zigster \| Germany Well, glad to hear you got it figured out.
