Also, "Battery or Mains power options – compatible with PSP power cable, charge your PSP and power the speakers simultaneously, or run the unit from batteries." <-- This is not true. You can power the speakers with the PSP power cable, but you cant charge the PSP simultaneously.
I got this case, if you're really interested in it, read the above review. His review is decent. However two points worth mentioning:
1) The weight/sizevolume issue: Really isn't really too critical. Sure it houses 4 AAA batteries on the go, but who walks/runs around with speakers for long periods in hand anymore? The speakers are really decent quality for such a small size. There's about 25 selectable levels of volume, from what I can determine, on the unit itself without adjusting the PSP volume.
2) Gameplay impression: If you're into loud or relaistic-feeling gaming this actually feels really good in your hand. The case doesn't interfere too much with your hands (feels a little different) which is good, but also the vibrations from the sounds during gameplay are a nice effect as well.
It's a little expensive still, but not a bad investment overall.
