I got this, its not as clear as midnight club. But it also does not have the painful load times and has so much more content.

Its different than the current racers. Its more of a story based racing game with you as the new, up-coming driver. I like it but I wish it had modifications too. You can do limited tuning on suspension, tires, brakes, rideheight...that sort of thing though. The physics are pretty good and the graphics are great too..that picture is just a bad rep of what it actually looks like. You race all sorts of cars ranging from skylines, formula, rally, and even diesel trucks! Good game for those that love cars....speaking of cars, anybody play that yet?

It also states in amazon that it will have "Custom soundtrack option lets gamers listen to music stored on a Memory Stick as they race."

This is the TOCA racing game created by codemasters. The custom soundtrack feature is similar to GTA Liberty City Stories where you have to use a program to convert your cd's to music since the program itself won't take mp3s, but using the modified gta one going around where you can drag mp3s, just change the file name to one the game will recognize and it the same thing. I just wish they would make it so you have direct access to the music on the memory card so I don't have to waste space on extra music just for a game.

Could be interesting. Codemasters has a decent track record. Can it fill the void until Gran Turismo appears? Or am I living in a fantasy world?? Gave Burnout to my nephew, need to pick up something for the racing addiction. Soundtracks... we don't need no stickin' soundtracks!

I have Toca RaceDriver 2 and I would be interested to know how different this is to it. I am a long time player of Toca so know every iteration of the games in detail. TRD2 on the PSP was identical to the PC version... so what is this?

"Look at all the JAGGIES! Oh, NOEZ!11!!11"

Hey, let me introduce you to the PSP. It, like the PS2, doesn't have hardware 3D antialiasing. Screenshots show jaggies more prominently than the actual gameplay, you know, because your typical 3D game is running 30 to 60 frames per second. The 3D geometry in this pic is in motion when playing the game, so you don't notice the jaggies as much.

You're welcome to go get a game handheld that does have hardware AA poly edge smoothing, but, well, you might be looking for a while.
