oops, noop.. from UMD.. but on 2.71 Special Edition BII.. sorry for the confusion... (sorry about the talk on this but I had to explain, I do run games from MS to save loading times and battery and take more games with me but ONLY MY OWN ripped UMD's!! As I am a big supporter of (game) developers)

Eh? The glitches, the glitches...
Garages don't work, game freezes frequently, your vehicle disappears when you start a mission, is possible - nay, easy to get stuck in walls - scenery, textures and "minor" things like walls are often still loading when you drive into them, radio stations sometimes freeze for a second or so before continuing play normally...
Liberty City Stories didn't do any of these things.edited: Nov 14 2006

I like VCS better then LCS, but Lance Vance sucks major balls along with the rest of the story. i hated him in VC, and i hate him 10 times more in VCS mainly because i know i wont get to kill his ass in the end of the game. if i could just torture him in game for a little i might feel a little better lmao. He is ridiculously stupid and it makes me feel even dumber for the fact that i am doing missions for his no good ass. Why would any game make a character you love to hate, but cant kill in a extremely inhumane way lol.

I've been recently thinking about using this game for music purposes. Just sit the guy into a car in a parking lot and listen to the music on the radio stations. might be fun if you like eighties sh*t. Anyways, is there a possibility to integrate your own mp3s into the game? i heard it's supposed to be possible but i don't know how.. if i'm curious enough, i might actually start a thread with that question.edited: Nov 15 2006

This game is actually amazing, a few glitches, such as walls not loading properly, but other than that, it's great.
I never played the original before, but didn't take long to get used to the map, controls are the same as LCS, and custom tracks are on their way (althought there is a way to bypass it.. link

too bad you missed the original, same city but way better characters and story. too bad you couldnt swim, ride bikes, or jet skis in the original though. also, i think your link is broken.

liberty city stories is a piece of SH*T compared to vice city stories - vcs has most of the features from san andreas (swimming, cop bikes, push bikes etc and even BETTER fighting skills) + more (including empire missions & jet skis!) and MAN should you see the graphics on vice city stories - those sunsets are amazing! also the soundtrack is extremely good! liberty city stories WAS a rookie psp title - there was nothing special about it.
glitches i have found in vcs: chainsaw glitch - it makes no sound when you click x or o to attack and any sound it does make is out of sync. garage glitch and radio skipping glitch (dont happen that often)edited: Nov 22 2006
