Yeah spectere, when i told everyone here at psp411 about that site, it was sayin they would get the 1gig-ers on March 2nd, but we all know how the date kept changing. Sandisk needs to get their together and distribute those memory sticks. I also called a representative, and he's says the problem is from sandisk, and that sandisk hasnt sent them yet. So sorry to anyone that ordered and still hasnt gotten it, like me. But im sticking with my order b/c no where else on the internet has them either. So it will just be a matter of time.

I finally broke down and bought a fairly priced 512 stick. I figure ill still get a good amount of space and i dont need it for music. I also save a few bucks for potentially another game and the conversion process for movies is so lengthy i dont know how often ill be using it. Now im torn between Mercury and Lumines.

I did the same after I got an email update on my 1GB order that it's been postponed to 4/10. I bought a Sony 512MB for ~$80 at J&R.
One movie + 1-2 album worth of MP3s + countless savegames fit, so it's fine for a while now.
I'm hoping for the best. My supplier said 2 weeks. That was 1 week ago. So my fingers are crossed. I'm currently starting a reseller program, so I will be selling many similar items. But I know this is in big demand right now. If she comes through, I should have at least 20 for sale. Again, no promises, but fingers crossed.
saw my first 1GB duo memory stick for 150$ today, it was a sandisk and made my mouth water. I' ve heard you can find em on the net for cheaper but hard to say how long that will take. i might have to go get one very soon otherwise, guy at the store said having his was very cool
Ordered one from buy.com on 4/4, and today is 4/17. Still on order. Rumor has it that production has been slowed due to what has happened in Taiwan; the Tsunami and earthquakes.
Patience is a virtue, I guess.
