Communicator Headset works with any PSP game with voice chat. With a microphone positioned near your mouth and an earpiece for crystal-clear sound, Communicator Headset lets you bark out your orders or taunt your opponents as you play your favourite online-enabled PSP titles.
Take Sony’s brilliant SOCOM: US Navy Seals Fireteam Bravo. During online play, it’s essential that you communicate with the rest of your squad. Plan your strategies, warn your comrades in arms of impending danger and make sure everyone is doing the job they’re meant to be doing. With Communicator Headset, you can hear every word your buddies utter, and your own instructions are never lost in the heat of battle.

As you can see it's a wired (I was hoping it was wireless) connection that supports stereo sound. My question is...
Are there one or two ear pieces?
If it only covers one, it may look cool like a more realistic headset, but that means you are only hearing audio out of one ear. If that's the case then it wont work well for games as (I personally) need the real stereo to clue me into the direction my enemy is.
I have an e-mal into CodeJunkies as they seem to be the distributor of said product.
YEah... I know... But it's possible the other one is behind the cardboard and all the pictures of usage show a profile of the person so we dont know for sure.
Still waiting on a reply from their tech support. I got an automated reply that directed me to some FAQs and forced me to submit my question to a new place (which is a crappy way to manage your support).
So soon as I get an answer... I'll let everyone know.
Actually... Buying things on-line is the most secure way to purchase things other than cash.
What I dont like is there is only e-mail and the website... No addresses... No phone numbers... No luck if you need to talk to someone... Especially in a timly manor.
i think its only one ear like those headsets for cell phones. it would be better if it was both ears because it IS for games not for walking or driving around while talking on a cell phone. They also have an xbox 360 version and their headsets are only one ear too.
One ear stinks... Dueto the nature of stereo sound and on-line gaming the direction the sound comes from is important. One ear wont convey that at all.
lol......everytime i use my sony Headset i only use one Earpiece (the one with the MIC)...I NEVER put both of them on..idk why....i just fell unconfortable with both on .....they ich...

Wow, looks like it will work a lot better than the Mic I am using now....Very cool
Anyway, it does make you look a little bit more crazy if you use it in public...but oh well
